Enter the seller, buyer and product/service items, then download a Thai-language PDF instantly. The tool calculates totals, discount, VAT and withholding tax and writes the amount in words for you. Nothing you enter is saved, unless a member chooses to save it in their own account.
How to use
- Choose the document type and enter the number and date (shown in the Buddhist Era in the document)
- Enter the seller and buyer details, then add product or service items (up to 50 items)
- Set the discount, VAT and withholding tax as needed. Check the summary totals below.
- Click "Download PDF", then print it or send it to your customer right away.
Frequently asked questions
Is the information I enter stored?
Normally, no. Your data is sent to generate the PDF file, which is returned to you immediately. The exception is members who tick "Save to my account" themselves: the document data is then stored encrypted in My Documents so you can reopen, edit, copy or re-download it, and you can delete it at any time.
Can I use this document as a tax invoice?
This tool creates general quotations, invoices and receipts. A full tax invoice requires additional items prescribed by law, so check the Revenue Department's requirements before using it as a tax invoice.
Why is the amount in words on the document correct?
It uses the same logic as our number-to-Thai-words tool (handling et, yi, lan and baht thuan) and rounds to the satang before converting.
