e-office, the electronic office system we built ourselves
Installed on your organization's own server, with Thai and English support, designed with PDPA in mind, and only the modules you need switched on by your License.
Every edition runs on the same code. They differ only in the module set and default settings, controlled by a single License file.
The module sets for each edition are recommendations, not limits. Any module can be enabled in the License of any edition. The actual module set is specified in your quotation and License.

Multiple signers in sequence, a SHA-256 document register, and a document verification page.
Linked to correspondence and contracts: once sent for signing, it takes effect automatically.
Good to know: Legal effect depends on the certificate your organization uses, and signers from outside the organization are not yet supported.
Expense and travel claims
Add to any edition (Enterprise)
Claims against receipts, advances, and travel requests, with receipts required by category.
Approval by amount, with requester, approver, and payer kept separate.

Security and standards
Security built into the system, and common standards on every screen
Every data screen is built on the same foundation and checked by an automated test suite before each release.
Sign-in
2FA (TOTP) required for administrators.
Password policy of at least 10 characters, with configurable password expiry.
Limits on sign-in attempts, and failed sign-ins are logged.
Audit trail
Append-only audit log, protected from edits and deletes by database-level triggers.
Access to sensitive data is logged (PDPA).
Export the audit log as CSV/Excel/PDF.
Data protection
Sensitive fields are encrypted in the database, and real values are not stored in the audit log.
HTTPS + HSTS, Content-Security-Policy, and security headers.
Data outside a user's department returns 404, without revealing that it exists.
Backup, updates, and License
AES-256 encrypted backups with checksums, to the machine, SFTP, or NAS.
Update packages signed with Ed25519, a backup before each update, and rollback within 7 days.
Machine-bound License, offline activation possible, no kill switch.
Data tables
Pagination, search, sorting, filters, show/hide columns, and remembered user settings.
Export/import
Export to Excel, CSV, and PDF following your filters; import Excel/CSV with validation before saving.
Permissions and history
Per-action permissions limited by department, every change recorded in the audit log, plus a recycle bin and restore.
Language and display
Thai/English, Buddhist or Gregorian years, responsive to screen size, dark mode, and basic keyboard support.
Integration
REST API with read/write by permission using tokens, and dashboard widgets for each module.
The system is a tool to help you comply with PDPA. Full legal compliance also depends on your organization's policies and processes.
Frequently asked questions
Questions people often ask before deciding
How is on-premise different from a cloud system?
It is installed on your own server, one system per organization. All data stays in the database and disks your organization controls, never mixed with other customers, and there is no monthly per-user rental. Your organization looks after the server (or has our team do it under a maintenance contract).
Does it need to be online all the time?
No. Users can reach the system over your internal network, and the License can be activated offline for closed networks. Features that rely on outside services, such as email, LINE, or ThaID, need a connection to that service.
Who owns the data?
Your organization. The data sits on your servers and every screen can be exported to Excel/CSV/PDF. Even if there is a problem with the License, the system only goes read-only: there is no kill switch and no data is deleted.
How does the system help with PDPA?
Sensitive data is encrypted in the database, every access is logged, permissions are set per action, and the audit log cannot be edited. The system is a tool to help you comply with PDPA; full legal compliance also depends on your organization's policies and processes.
Can it be used on mobile?
It works in a web browser on computers, tablets, and phones. Tasks such as scanning QR codes for asset counts, clocking in, and approving requests can be done in the browser. There is currently no separate mobile app.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Every module is part of the same software. When you buy more modules, we issue a new License file; there is no reinstall and your existing data is unaffected.
Are there any further costs after buying outright?
An outright License keeps working. The optional costs are the annual maintenance contract (MA) for new versions and support, as well as installation, data migration, training, and integration services.
Can I try it before buying?
The system comes with demo data sets for government agencies, schools, and private companies. Request a trial or schedule a demo using the Demo request form.
Send us your requirements (TOR) and we will tell you which items are already supported
Our team will reply with which items the system fully supports, which partly, and which need further development. The actual scope of delivery follows the quotation, contract, and License.
