How to use
- Enter the originating government agency (internal phone number optional), the letter no. and the date.
- Enter the subject, choose a salutation and specify the recipient.
- Type the body text, starting a new line for each new paragraph, then enter the signatory's name and position.
- Choose Thai or Arabic numerals, attach an emblem image (if any), then download as PDF or Word.
Frequently asked questions
How does an internal memo differ from an external official letter?
An internal memo is an internal letter used for communication within the same agency. It has a shorter format, carries the "Memorandum" heading and needs no closing phrase. An external official letter is used between government agencies, or with outside organisations and individuals.
Do I need to include the Garuda emblem?
The memo format has a small Garuda emblem (1.5 cm high) at the top left. The system leaves space for it so you can print onto your agency's form paper, or you can attach an emblem image file your agency is authorised to use.
Can private companies use it?
Yes. Many companies use the memo format for internal approval requests. Simply enter a department name in place of the government agency and attach your company logo instead of the emblem.
Is my data stored?
No. The text is used to generate the file and returned immediately. We do not record the content of your document or any attached images.
