Frequently asked questions
Are the start and end dates included?
Both days are included. For example, Monday to Friday of the same week with no holidays = 5 working days.
Where does the holiday data come from?
Public holidays follow Cabinet announcements and are entered and verified by the system administrator. Unconfirmed entries are marked with *. Special holidays added by the Cabinet during the year may not yet be in the system.
Are holidays that fall on a Saturday or Sunday counted twice?
No. Saturdays and Sundays are already excluded. Substitute holidays moved to a weekday are deducted according to the holiday list.
Can I use it for a company that works on Saturdays?
This tool counts by government working days (Monday-Friday). If your organization has different working days or holidays, use the result as a baseline and adjust it according to your organization's announcements.
