FAQ
Before you start
Is it really free? Are there hidden costs?
It is free within the stated allowance. No credit card and no ads on your organization report page. If you need more than the free allowance, we recommend e-office, installed in your organization with no limits.
Do reporters have to sign up?
No. Admins choose whether anyone can report right away, sign-in is required first, or only organization email addresses (for example @school.ac.th) are accepted. Reporters get a tracking link as soon as they submit.
How many agents can I have and how many requests per month?
Admins and agents/technicians together can total 5 people. You can take 300 new requests per month, attach 3 photos per request, and use 50 MB of shared photo storage per organization.
How long are attached photos kept?
Photos are resized on the reporter device before upload and deleted automatically 90 days after the request is closed. Text and the activity history are kept so you can look back.
Can technicians use it on their phones?
Yes. Every page is designed for mobile. You can view jobs, take them, change status, reply to reporters and attach on-site photos from your phone.
How secure is our data and who can see it?
Each organization data is kept separate and visible only to its members. The Office.in.th team sees only usage statistics and never reads the content of requests. Admins can export data as CSV or delete the organization and all its data themselves.
What happens if we stop using it for a long time?
After 11 months of inactivity we email the admins a warning, and at 12 months the organization is archived (the report page is hidden and data becomes read-only). Admins can reactivate it at any time.
