What you can do
Everything for day-to-day meetings and training
Organisers set up an event in 2 minutes and attendees sign in within 10 seconds.
QR on a screen or poster
Every event has its own QR code. Show it on the projector or print an A4 poster, and attendees scan and sign in within seconds with no account.
Prevents signing in for others
One device per event, duplicate-name checks, rate limits, and a 4-digit code on screen that changes every 60 seconds, so people outside the room cannot sign in from a forwarded QR image.
Pre-registered list or type your own name
Import a list from CSV/Excel so attendees type to find their name and tap "This is me", or let them type their own name. Collect position, organization, phone, email, group/batch and 3 custom fields as you wish.
Live projector screen
A large QR, a countdown for the code, the number checked in and the latest names (names can be hidden), updated automatically. Light on data and works on ordinary internet.
Excel export and PDF sign-in sheet
Download Excel/CSV files and an attendee list for the meeting/training as a Thai-language PDF with signature boxes, ready to attach to reports or expense claims.
Set the sign-in window
Set when sign-in opens and closes, limit the number of seats, and open or close with one button. Organisers can add or remove names for attendees.

Straight talk
Free allowance and limits
Enough for schools, organizations and small to mid-sized training teams. If you need more, there is an on-premises option.
Good to know before you start
- The on-screen code and the one-device limit help to reduce sign-ins for others, but they are not identity verification. If you need stronger evidence, have the organiser check the list on site.
- The one-device limit uses cookies. If an attendee clears cookies or uses another device, the system still checks for duplicate names. Organisers cannot add a name for someone who has already signed in themselves.
- The free app has no attendance certificates and no document attachments.

Privacy (PDPA)
Collect as little attendee data as possible, and delete it when due
- Only the name is required. Organisers choose to add position, organization, phone, email or group/batch if needed, and attendees see a consent notice before they sign in.
- The system automatically deletes attendees and pre-registered names' personal data 180 daysafter the event ends. Only the attendee count remains. Export to Excel or PDF to keep a copy before it is due.
- The organization is the data controller and Office.in.th is the data processor. Our team sees only statistics and never reads the lists, and organisers can delete an event or the whole Workspace and its data at any time.
Need more than sign-in?
The meeting module in e-office for organizations
This free app only handles sign-in. If your meetings need agendas, minutes, supporting documents and digital signatures, the meeting module in e-office installs on your own organization machines, with a one-time purchase and all data kept with you.

Before you start
Is it really free? What are the limits?
It is free within the stated allowance. You can create 30 events per month and have 300 attendees per event. There are no file uploads, so no storage is used. If you need more, we recommend the meeting module in e-office, installed in your organization.
Do attendees need to sign up or install an app?
No. Scan the QR code with the phone camera or the LINE app, enter a name (or choose it from the prepared list) and tap sign in.
How do you prevent signing in for others or from outside the room?
The system allows one device per event, checks for duplicate names, limits how often one can try, and can use a 4-digit code on the projector that changes every 60 seconds. People outside the room cannot sign in from a forwarded QR image. These measures help reduce sign-ins for others but are not identity verification; organisers can still check the list and add or remove names.
How long is attendee data kept?
Attendees' personal data is deleted automatically 180 days after the event ends, leaving only the attendee count for statistics. Export to Excel or PDF to keep a copy before it is due. Organisers choose what to collect (the name is required; position, organization, phone and email are optional extras), and attendees see a consent notice before every sign-in.
Is there a pre-registration list?
Yes. Import a list from a CSV or Excel file, or type names in. Attendees type to find their name and tap "Sign in", or you can let them type their own name instead.
Can I get a sign-in sheet and export the data?
Yes. Download the list as Excel, CSV, or a PDF sign-in sheet (a Thai-language "meeting/training attendee list") with signature boxes for further signing. Attendance certificates are not available in the free app.
How is it different from the meeting module in e-office?
This app does only free "sign-in". The meeting module in e-office covers agendas, minutes, attached documents and digital signing, and installs on your own organization machines with a one-time purchase.
