    AI drafts a reply

    When a customer messages your LINE OA, the AI reads your organisation knowledge and prepares a draft.

    You review and approve

    Edit the text as you like, then approve it, or reject it if it is not what you want.

    It is sent to the customer

    Sent only after approval, and every step is recorded in an audit log you can look back on.

    It runs on an AI we operate ourselves. You do not need to sign up for, or pay for, any other provider API.

  • Free monthly quota

    Every organisation gets a free quota each month. Credits for going beyond it are not available yet.

    The first supported channel is LINE Official Account chat. Other channels are not supported at the moment.

  • Human approval, audit log

    No reply goes out without approval, and every draft, approval and send is recorded.

  • Opens inside the 3D city

    Open it from our 3D city as an in-game window without leaving the city, or use the normal website.

  • 5 languages

    The website and app support Thai, English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
