  • Rented by the room, month by month. Rent is charged from the day the room opens; there is no free trial period.
  • The next invoice is issued 7 days in advance. If it stays unpaid for more than 7 days the room is closed temporarily; after 30 days the contract ends and the room is released (you can still download your data).
  • Illegal goods or services are prohibited. office.in.th provides the space and the contact tools; it is not a party to sales between a tenant and its customers.
  • Tenants are the controllers of their own customers' personal data. office.in.th acts as the data processor under the data processing agreement (DPA).
