AI Assistant for Drafting Thai Official Letters
Briefly describe what the letter is about, who it is addressed to and the key points. The AI assistant drafts the subject, salutation, a three-paragraph body and the closing in the standard official correspondence (Saraban) format, and you can then edit and copy it for immediate use. (Login required; free use 5 times per day.)

Frequently asked questions
Is the information I type stored?
No. The text you type is sent to the AI to draft the letter, and the result is sent back to your screen only. We do not save requests or drafts in our database unless you click "Save to account" yourself. The system only keeps the number of uses per day to control the quota. The AI provider (Anthropic) processes requests under its own policies, so please do not enter personal or confidential information.
Can I send an AI draft right away?
Always review it first. The AI helps with the structure and phrasing in the official correspondence (Saraban) style, but facts, position titles, letter numbers and dates must be checked by the responsible person. Anything the AI does not know is left as "..." for you to fill in.
Why do I need to log in, and how many times can I use it per day?
Calling the AI costs money, so each member is limited to 5 uses per day (counted in Thailand time). Uses where the system fails or the AI gives an incomplete answer are not counted. Editing and copying drafts is unlimited.
What types of letters can it draft?
External official letters to other agencies, internal memos within an agency, and formal business letters. The assistant will not accept requests unrelated to drafting letters, or content that impersonates an agency, is deceptive or is defamatory.
