1. Template tower

Choose from our tower templates and add your logo, brand colors, signs and screens. Takes a few days.

2. Custom design

A shape built around your idea. Takes about 2–4 weeks.

3. Interactive

Showrooms, mini-games, event rooms and links to your customer systems. Priced case by case.

The monthly rent covers the plot space, tower upkeep, business chat, visitor statistics, the tower's web page and a link to your website. The timeline and price of each package are set in the quotation.

Please note

A plot on Idea Street is space in the online 3D city of Office.in.th only. It is not real land, and it is not a purchase or lease of real estate.
Sending an idea is free and is not yet a plot reservation. A plot is reserved only when you confirm the quotation.
Prices (a one-time build fee and a monthly plot rent) are assessed case by case from your idea and sent to you as a quotation.

Key terms

The tower must fit the plot, stay under the height limit and not block other towers.
Illegal goods/services and trademark infringement are prohibited. We will ask you to verify your business identity before opening.
The code and 3D models belong to office.in.th. Your logo and brand remain yours (licensed for use during the contract).
If a payment is overdue we will send a reminder, then suspend the tower (showing a "Closed for renovation" sign) and cancel the contract; the plot becomes available again and we keep the tower design for 90 days.
We keep contact details only as far as needed to contact you and issue documents.
